Answer: TGFServices is the service of providing access to digitally stored information, such as computer programs, multi-media (audio, video), documents, pictures, or electronic books. We offer ad-financed free and affordable premium online storage/remote backup capacity, plus sophisticated uploading and downloading tools. Other users downloading your files earn you reward points that you can redeem for premium accounts and cash.

Answer: If you do not have a Premium account, certain restrictions may prevent you from downloading: We do not allow more than one concurrent download per IP address and also limit the amount of data you can download from our servers within a certain timespan. If you share your IP address with other tgfileservice users (e.g. because your ISP uses proxies or NAT), you may be sharing these limitations with them.

Answer:

If you don't have a premium account and the link you received is not a premium link, you first have to enter a three-letter code to identify yourself as a human being. If you cannot see the code, enable the loading of graphics and disable any ad blockers in your browser.

After you entered the code successfully, you will see a timer counting down to 0. If you have Javascript disabled, you will instead see a message asking you to enable it.

If the file you are trying to download is larger than 1024 MB, you can only download it with a premium account. In this case, you will see a "Download with Premium!" message.

Answer: No, we protect the privacy of our users. Only the person storing a file with us receives the download link. That person can decide who should have access to the link. A file can only be downloaded if the download link details are known.

Answer: Your files will be stored forever as long as you are a premium member. If you are a registered user without premium status, your files will be stored until at least 90 days after their last download. A file that was uploaded anonymously (that is not owned by any TGFServices user) will be deleted no sooner than 21 days after the last time it was downloaded.

Answer: If you'd like your file to be downloadable by everyone, make sure not to exceed the limit of 1024 MB. Larger files can only be downloaded by premium users.

Answer: All files that do not violate our terms of service or the laws of concerned countries. This means that files violating copyrights, or containing pornography, are forbidden and will be removed as soon as we notice. If you see such files on TGFServices, we would be glad if you notified us: Simply send an abuse report on our support team.

Answer: You get a lot of extra features for a very low flat fee: Highest download priority and bandwidth, unlimited downloading (no daily limits, no more annoying "Download limit exceeded" messages), no waiting before a download starts, direct downloads, access to files larger than 1024 megabyes, unlimited lifetime of the files in your account throughout the validity period of your premium status, dramatically increased capacity of your file portfolio, and many more.
